My journey to becoming a dietitian began when I was in college – I had moved into my first apartment and was fully on my own with food for the first time. Having built some not-so-great habits during my freshman year, I decided I wanted to get healthier. At the time, I was studying classical viola and knew absolutely nothing about nutrition. But I soon found myself spending hours researching nutrition rather than hours in a practice room.
After discovering plant-based nutrition, gradually shifting to a plant-based diet, and feeling more energized and healthier than I ever had, I couldn’t contain my excitement and felt I had to share it with the world. So began my journey to becoming a registered dietitian.
I graduated from Northwestern with a degree in viola performance and music education and then spent the next 4 years back in school – but this time for nutrition. In 2022, I graduated from USC with my Master’s in Nutrition, and now I get to help others with what I am most passionate about!

In my free time, I love to play competitive beach volleyball, rock climb, and hang out with my German shepherd mix, Hila!
